Why did you become a Japanese teacher?
When I was a student, I got to know many international students at my university. I helped them with their Japanese homework. This was my first experience teaching Japanese. At that time, I felt that Japanese was really difficult, and I respected them for studying Japanese a lot. So I decided to become a Japanese teacher to help people who study Japanese navigate their way towards learning the language effectively.
What do you like about teaching Japanese?
I am very happy when my students improve their Japanese. We talk about various topics in our lessons. I feel that it is wonderful to be able to talk with many students from various perspectives.
How are your lessons?
My lesson policy is "Don't rush. Study slowly." Studying a language is very hard. And it takes a lot of time. So let's take our time to study. It's okay if you don't understand the contents of the text right away. It's okay if you can't remember the words you learned last week. Let's study together.
What are your hobbies?
My hobby is traveling. I used to go abroad, but recently I've been traveling within Japan. And I like to eat famous foods at my travel destinations. And I also love watching Manzai (Japanese comedy). Recently I've also started watching anime. If you have any recommended anime, please let me know.
